This is a 34 position, nickel-plated zinc ITA module. SIM modules are compatible with all 90 Series receivers and ITAs, all VTAC inserts and SIM QuadraPaddle inserts.
iCon modules mount from the rear of the iCon receiver and ITA and allow installation and removal of pre-wired cable blocks. These modules also have captive Phillips head screws.
This G6 ITA is equipped with a removable EMI-shielded backshell. This backshell slides up to provide access to wires and connectors. This ITA also includes a keying feature. Removable and adjustable U-shaped cable clamps are attached by screws to the ITA frame and allow ITA modules to be pre-wired before assembly. The clamps can hold cable bundles with an oblong bushing effective diameter of 1.59". ITA strain relief plates are not needed.
The G12x ITA can be used with all G12x Receivers. The ITA can be used in a number of applications to accomplish the required connection to the Unit Under Test (UUT). You can mount a VPC Enclosure or customize your own fixture to be attached to the ITA. These are front mounted for ease of installation. A wide range of ITA modules are available separately for user configuration.
The S6 ITA Frame has a powder coated finish adding an extra layer protection against the elements. It is an integral part of this rugged Mass InterConnect system. The S6 ITA has module positions screened on top for ease of module placement. Protective Cover included.
The 84/12 Position TriPaddle Thermocouple ITA Module allows for 84 Signal and 12 Thermocouple lines in one module position. The Module is made of Black-PPS, withstanding temperatures of 220 °C. Nomenclature is molded into the Modules.
